One of the blast doors from the NORAD Cheyenne Mountain complex. Roughly 25tons, they are located 1/3 of a mile within the mountain.

Post more if you know of 'em! I came across the NORAD picture while researching and decided to see what others I could find, and having visited the site in Tokyo, trust me when I say these pictures do not do their immense size and sense of weight justice.

Actually, I don't understand why all these nuclear emergency doors aren't designed to be slammed by gravity or the pressure wave if they are open during a blast.
