    I've come to a conclusion by watching the given demo that Fujiwara is not hacking.

    After reviewing the demo, I simply cant find enough evidence of hacking. Therefore he won't recieve a permanent ban. But because of his alias change and disrespect towards a 1st MRB member I have given him a 1 week ban.
