I did not see a music thread so i decided to start one. Just put down what kind of genres you enjoy and some of your favorite bands. If you are a musician I would love to hear what you play and kind of or set-up you have. I really hope we can have some great debates. And Maybe some musical pointers from more experienced players.
For Music, I enjoy just about every genre you can think of. From Classical to the most brutal metal out there.

I have been playing guitar for three years now and Ive just started really tweaking my sound and equipment.
I have two guitars, A Fender stratacaster (mexican) and an LTD MH-100 which i mostly play on.
My main amp is a Line-6 flexitone 3 (120watt 2x12) which i don't have the pedal for, and i also have a Roland cube amp(30watts 1x8). I am slowly building up a pedal collection as well. I have( all boss) a Metal Zone (don't really like), Super Chorus, and an Overdrive pedal. Usually I have the guitar running from the pedal station, into the Line6, and use my Roland as a pre-amp. I can get some really cool sounds out of it, the cheesy flanger mode on both my amps kind of cleans up a bit and sounds a lot better. I am self-taught, and mostly make up songs to play. I record the ones I like, but recently lost that hard drive.
I know its alot to read, but I am very into music and would really love to hear what the people in this unit enjoy. Hopefully we can all turn each other on to some new music and ideas. Perhaps also a conversation about music today, and the tragedy of not having a memorable main stream band/artist out there.
