Thanks Yamagata, I had to completely reinstall Steam,seems ok now, just lots of maps to download again now.

Whenever i try to join a server on DoD or team fortress i get a message saying i am in unsecure mode cannot connect to server,anyone got ant ideas,I have checked my VAC setting and i'm in good standing.

You might have a software conflict,this last week my screen has been going up and down and shaking all over the place,i'm wondering if i have a software conflict with VTFedit or GTactix, i'm going to try uninstalling one at a time to work out whats going on.

This was happening after about 6 months old , i've cleaned it left the side off and updated drivers,could be software conflict ,might have to format my pc ,trying everything else first though, i certainly don't want it happening during a realism .

Every so often my graphics completely messes up, I have cardboard cut outs all over the screen,I've got a Nvidia 9800gt graphics card so should be ok, i thought it was my dod install file but it happened on team fortress yesterday as well . Anybody got any ideas what could be causing it
