You could try going to your audio properties. Look for the communications tab at the top right. There are settings for what you want the computer to do when it detects an incoming call. Select the option none or do nothing.

You can try changing the values to those commands to what I have listed below. I would suggest changing one at a time. If you end up with a screen that is too bright, try changing the value of the last command to a lower number. You have already listed your default values so if you experience an undesirable result just revert back to the default values. mat_monitorgamma_tv_enabled 1 mat_monitorgamma_tv_exp 2.5 mat_monitorgamma_tv_range_max 255 mat_monitorgamma_tv_range_min 25

Try typing the following commands into console and report back what the values are set to. mat_monitorgamma_tv_enabled mat_monitorgamma_tv_exp mat_monitorgamma_tv_range_max mat_monitorgamma_tv_range_min
