You may want to check out this link http://www.otda.state.ny.us/programs/temporary-assistance/ If you are eligible you may be able to get some help paying rent for a while. If not i'm sure someone there can help you find a program that will work for you. You should also contact your college financial aid office and ask if they have any emergency financial assistance programs.

i like the startup options -window -noborder resolves any alt+tab problems without the game being inside a window.
