Did it somewhat help with lower settings? Like MSgt. Magoo said you might need to DL the file off the homepage incase it 'somehow' failed to DL that specific file to support it. Also they have this option in DODS where it DL the files from the server in Options > Multiplayer > DL all custom files Check if that was left as not to DL anything

Rofl nice guess I got lucky not to get one! I know it's a scary moment but you have to calm down and start looking either online or places that are hiring. If you cannot afford to stay in college it's best you step back because it will always be there when you want to go back.
