I actually met two Brits in Florida that were trying to pass themselves off as Canadian back in 1995, I called them out on it. They failed and got laughed out of the bar we all were in. So yea you "englsh" people do try to pretend to be Canadian, why because even in your own country Canadians are shown respect. Why because we were the first to support you back in WW2, we are "English" citizens, last I looked we still swear allegiance to the British Crown. Most people "pretend" to be Canadian when travelling abroad especially in European countries because of the respect we are shown. I've had friends backpack in Europe and they have had people invite them into their homes for dinner and a warm place to sleep instead of a hostel/motel. And when they have offered to pay/help out told that the debt was already paid long ago. Lets see a "English" person gain that same level of respect. We might be a "lesser" being but I'd rather be lesser then full of oneself.

There really is no laws regarding supporting fundraisers. Its a companies policies and procedures which dictate what they do to support. But when it comes to Veterans, especially with rememberance day coming up soon its pretty piss poor of a new to this country company to pull this card. Pretty much every business in Canada that I have walked into at this time of year either have Vets at a table inside of their stores selling poppies and taking donations, or a poppy box on their cash tills for people to donate and get a poppy to wear. Many staff members even wear them on their uniforms as a sign of respect, the local dealership I worked at would make a huge donation every year and require all the staff to wear one as part of our uniform to show our support. Just really surprising to see this American company who has moved up here, not showing respect towards veterans, especially when they are the new kids on the block.

Name: Verques Flyod Steam ID : STEAM_0:1:46751595 Ban Reason : Revenge TKer then fled the server, he TKed a player right after a fresh map change, that had TK'ed him twice on the previous map that I had kicked and warned when that player came back to not TK again or it would be a ban. Verques did not like that we only kicked him and wanted the other player banned, as I was explaining to him that we do not do that unless repeat or excessive he decided to revenge TK and flee. Recommended Ban: 1 week Demo Y/N: No.
