A friend just sent me this one from when he tried to drive into work this morning Needless to say he turned around and drove the 2 kms back into town and went back to bed. Theres a highway snow plow truck (one of those huge blade ones with the sand in the back) stuck on the highway 5kms from my house, they have snow blowers out there trying to get it free....... Update 1 hour from my house heading west.....

These photos are all from this morning: "This just in, a Sask Highways snow plow is stuck in a snow drift on the TransCanada just east of Moose Jaw. Snow blowers are being used to attack the drift to free the snow plow. Vehicles are not going anywhere." - discovermoosejaw.com local news website Just some of the Hwy closures in my area.......... basically all of them....... Snow against 6' fences... this is our snow banks from just trying to keep walk ways cleared.....

Not sure how it works in the USA, but I know up here in Canada that you'd legally be in full rights to ask for a full refund right now, considering that you had it prior to the 30 days and the repair they did has not repaired your concern prior to the warranty expiring or made it worse. If it did have to go to court, depending on your purchase price small claims and self representation by both parties ensues, then its your word verses theirs before the Judge, make sure you have everything documented, if possible while its still fresh sit down and write out a timeline of events and conversations. Keep any receipts, repair documents and so on all together with the timeline.
