Get a Canadian IP address and change your router information to broadcast it. Its what seveal of us Canadians do to use the American Netflix/Hulu and so on. We get a US IP and use it.

From what I've read on steam and other forums, is that Portal2 for the PS3 has a digital copy code for the PC, and through your PSN you can link to your steam account so that your gave achievements and progress are saved via cloud to both versions. So its basically game specific, and only if the PS3 version has the digital PC copy code with it. Should mention he was warned earlier in the day about TWTK before he was banned, I believe he responded with "joke" about ignoring the ban or something. He has also been asked before to remove his 6th RB tags while on our servers, and to not talk about them in game.

Why exactly isn't that their fault. No clue, we call/online enter the readings every month and they have someone at the house usually every third month to do a reading (last time was in October). Got to love Government owned utilities with zero competition. They hold you hostage one way or another.
