Almost every school in the division I am currently working for contain asbestos in floor tiles and walls. Removing it would be a greater risk than leaving it where it is, and thus we are not required to remove it. Certain staff members receive a training course on handling asbestos (which consists of telling people not to handle asbestos). Holland, you should be safe if it is tiles and in the walls. The danger with asbestos is if it is friable. Friable asbestos is product that releases its fibers in the air and thus can be inhaled into the lungs. This is the case with pipe and duct insulation, especially when it gets old and gets wet and then dries out. Having it in the walls with drywall or plaster over it is safe as long as it is not disturbed. If renovations are done they have to follow strict guidelines for its removal. The floor tiles pose no risk even while scraping them up to replace the floor due to the tiles are hard and they font disburse the fiber material when breaking. I used to deal with this while working for a major insurance carrier in the later 1990's and early 2000's. JP

Hey Everyone, I am just check in to say Hi! I am still on ELOA due to my wife's medical condition. I want to thank everyone that have sent me messages and kind words over the last 2 months. Lynn is doing well and came through the surgery with flying colors. We have had and still have a few little issues but nothing serious. She is recovering and out on disability and pretty much is wiped by 4 PM each day. In the last 2 months, I have been working less and handling all of the duties with home and the kids sports and outside activities. Now we are getting hit with the deductible and shitty paychecks due to disability and my lack of working full-time (my income being 100% commission). I have been working long hours in the last few weeks to rectify this financial situation (thank god I have a Job where if I work more hours I make more money). Most days I actually look forward to getting home and jumping online and fragging and bagging and shooting the shit with you guys and pubers, ONLY to simply sit in the computer chair and nod off. Hopefully in the next month or so I will be able to get back on each night and get back to my normal schedule. I have to say with all this going on, I am one of the luckiest guys on the planet. I have my wife and best friend of 24 years still with me and my 2 great children still have their mother. Funny how difficulties in life make you realize how fucking good you have it! I am amazed at how many of you guys reached out with kind words and just asked how I was doing. We all deal with issues and problems in our lives and sometimes just being positive in how you deal with them makes all the difference. As I am writing this, Quarterman just invited me to Realism, LOL. I am awake, Happy and I think I will take him up on his offer tonight! JP

What does this even mean. I could see pull a rabbit out of my butt but a cat?

Actually We did it! It was part of the Amazon package delivery drone system. The USA decided to give Amazon FAA approval to use drones in low altitude air space only if they could conclusively prove that they could alert the US Air force of "suspect" packages that may contain explosives or defective dildos and allow the USA to shoot said packages out of the sky. All of the initial test shoot downs happened just south of Malaysia and we inadvertently shot down the plane. As the shoot down drone operator, I am wracked with conflict about my actions. I have tried to punch a puppy, lawn mower a kitty and punch myself in the balls over and over again to no avail. I therefore am confessing. JP

Game of Thrones discussion (Spoilers)

I dot think it was the wine..he poured his over his Tyrion's head. Could it be that his mother was trying to poison the uncle and when Joffrey made him fill his cup he poisoned himself? P.S. the only better way to kill him would have been to shove one of the dwarfs up his ass. -
i will go out on a limb and say the queen video was quite creative.

did I just watch a tiny pedophile watch a little girl wipe her ass?

Pretty sure they are using that equipment incorrectly. Firefighters...never read the directions! Isn't those for a driveway or the need to drive a car or truck over without pinching off the flow (insert joke here).

Great Job! I knew you had it in you!

Now I have always loved Jimmy Fallon on SNL and movies but I never thought his old show was all that funny. That being said he has stepped up his game on the Tonight show! I have tuned in many times and am blown away with his level of talent. I was watching these and I cant stop laughing. This could be one of the next prime time TV shows, "Hollywood lip syncing".
