Name: L. Hatcher Rank: Rec Type of issue: Steam Brief Description of Issue: I had not checked my rates in a while and realised that they were not at my prefered settings. I was in the main menu when i changed the basic rates to be what I wanted: cl_updaterate 101, cl_cmdrate 101, rate 128000, and fps_max 999. I seemed to work fine in other servers but when I connected to our public server, the rates seemed to get capped. Unfortunatly I am not on my gaming PC at the moment so I could not get you those numbers.
