Janko and Anderson, what do you think of the Rival 500? I've had the Steelseries Senseï Raw for as long as I've been in the unit and as I'm getting back into it I'm thinking of changing to the Rival 300/500/700 I can't decide on the model yet. On an other note Wagner, I tried the Logitech G502 in which I had high hopes a few weeks back and simply returned it to the store after one day. I was disapointed and really prefered my old Steelseries to the feel, ergonomy and buttons of the Logitech. I read it might suit smaller hands better though so that might be something you could try.

Hehe yeah I'm back on the forums after several months away from it. I have a lot to catch up to I think. I'm still on my crappy satellite internet provider though so I still won't be able to play on the servers.

So, is the jump from Windows 7 to Windows 10 a definite yes or should I stick with Windows 7 on my despktop comp? I already upgraded my laptop from Win8 to Win10 but I don't see much difference except the return of the start menu for which I am thankfull. I don't use my laptop to play games though, I mostly just use it for Netflix, Facebook, Youtube and the Office suite as Word and Excel. My desktop computer is more for gaming and running graphics intensive stuff such as cartography software (using ESRI's ArcGIS 10) and a lot of Google Earth. I didn't feel the need to upgrade it from Win7 to Win10 before reading this thread but seeing that you guys get better fps and general graphics makes me wonder.

Ahahahaha! Now I get it! Naaaah. Life's too good here for me to leave already. My living room and dinning room windows as well as my backyard are directly facing the ocean front, my lawn litteraly ends in the water, and my frontyard is the forest. I have a sandpit to go shoot my rifles 4 minutes from where I live and I have several quad/snowmobile and mountain bike trails less than a minute from my doorstep. I guess shitty internet is just the hard cost of living in such a perfect place for me

hmmm thanks Lafy but that website seems to be for renting or buying an appartment or a house... There's apparently nothing about the internet there but thank you for looking. Thanks Marsden for your input. I did, indeed, contact Bell Canada and Telus, and every other ISP I could find in my province to ask if they were offering their services for my adress but I got a negative answer everywhere. I got the info about that satellite internet from a city councilman who called my girlfriend because he heard that some new people were looking for an ISP in the area. He told her that it was the only thing that would work around here.

Ok, thanks for your input everyone, it's greatly appreciated. Microwave internet is not an option here neither. I'll just take a step back for now (I can't do much else anyways lol) and think about it for a while.
