Thanks all! Here's a couple more; I don't want to post my favorites publicly until I watermark 'em (you stealing internets!) but I still like these: Western Green Mamba (Dendroaspis viridis) Blackheaded Bushmaster (Lachesis melanocephala) eating (these are some of the meanest-looking fuckers) Big ol' Green Iguana (Iguana iguana) Smaller of the two King Cobra's (Ophiophagus hannah) I danced with

So most know I spend a lot of my time writing, but lately, I've fallen (back) in love with photography...especially wildlife stuff. This weekend, I was lucky enough to spend some time at a Serpetarium and out herping with friends and took some pics. I'm slowly uploading them on FB and some herping forums I go to, but I thought you guys might be interested in this experience with an endangered Siamese crocodile : ) It started out innocent enough; I just wanted some profile shots, not expecting anything glamorous. Crocodiles are known as the divas of the reptile kingdom, so any sort of attention instantly brings joy to them. She offered her "best side"... I asked for a smile instead, and while crocodiles have evolved into deadly and cunning predators over millions of years, more closely related to dinosaurs than other modern reptiles, and are the only reptiles with a cerebral cortex, this is what she considered a "smile"... I have about 500 photos I took over the weekend and am sorting them out, but if you want to see more, let me know! I'm rather proud how some turned out, especially a shoot with a very hungry and antsy King Cobra (Ophiophagus hannah), which is the longest venomous snake in the world. One of my favorites from that set: Anyone else do any wildlife photography? Show!

Resolved - Can't create own server in dod:s
T. Brown 1st MRB replied to J. Liekens's question in Closed Tickets
Here's a possible fix (based off an error another user received few months ago): Click on steam, click on library. Go to Day of Defeat, right click, go to properties. You'll see a Beta tab; click in there and make sure you are not opted in any betas. If you are, this could be the source of your problems. However, de-selecting it might not fix it. Try anyways though. Also, if this doesn't help, are you running any custom configs (i.e. Dillon's 1stMRB one from the MSO or some other one) or custom content at all? -
Did any of this help fix the issue Booher (and if so, which part)? Or are you still having problems loading this sucker?

Short story: I was telling a tale to a friend about a man I used to know named Robert Delford Brown, and remembered a Dadaist movement him and I organized a few years ago. After an hour of searching, I finally found the video on my old myspace page...but I cannot get it off. SO, I'm embedding it here. If you'd like to know the story behind this, I'll post tomorrow, but all you need to know is this was back in 2009 and was the efforts of a group of artists to represent the spirit of Dadaism through colorful dresses, loud and infectious musical instruments, laughter, confusion, stilts, and getting a city to forget about the bullshit for a few minutes and focus on what is possible through the combination of collective imaginations. We handed out hundreds of kazoos on our journey and ended up taking over a local bar. Robert Delford Brown died the next month while we were planning a rafting trip across the Cape Fear River using only sandals (borrowed from another local artist). He must have gone down to the river's edge one night and fell in; he was found dead two days later. We had a very unique service; drank some of his ashes in a huge bowl of raw egg. Just to give you an idea of who he was; Andy Warhol and him were not only partly responsible for the Happening in NYC back in the '60s, but his art made you question what art really was. You'll see in the video, a sign we made; there is no not art. Take this how you will. Is it subjective? One man's shit is another's art? Or is the potential present in every little thing to become art? Anyways, this is just my way of saving his video for now, until I figure out how to download it. The HD it was on died a long time ago. Message me if you have any idea how to do this, and remember; this was my first video editing EVER. I think I did ok. ps: sorry about any ad; I don't know how to turn that off, and certainly don't get any money for it. Use Adblock Plus!

I've had this piece of shit: for about 6 or 7 years. Camera doesn't work too well, and the 7 key fell off so I have some rolled-up electrical tape and the button off a flannel shirt in its place...but it still calls and texts and you kids today with your fancy smart phones, get off my lawn or I'll throw this thing at you, it weighs about 53lbs, could crush a child's skull like a cow stepping on a ritz.

(Disclaimer: Everyone has the right to live their life how they see fit, as long as doing so does not negatively affect those around them (looking at you, Hitler...you dick). That said, furries creep me the fuck out.)

I purposely listed a lower level so that when Parker sneaked on here and played it, his sense of pride in beating my score would force him to post, proving his return to the slope chute. PSYCHOLOGY 101, CMON -
http://hellorun.helloenjoy.com/ Try to beat my high score of like 7 (turn down volume tho; the music is fucking LOUD)

Ewww no beuno. 1/10 just cause at least it isn't about waffles. Also, I guess since you haven't graduated BCT, you don't have all forum options yet. Soon! Now, I prefer this cover of Lil' Wayne: but THIS is my jam right now: -

HELLS YES. My dad used to BLAST this back in the 80's, and as a young little 5 year old, this song has forever remained as a reminder of childhood memories that would forever be lost without it. 1135135/10. Here's something lil' different again, but with such a fun video : ) -

Just to add to this; I had him download the one that came with the mappack provided via 1stMRB. I used the same one and it seems to work on mine, although I haven't tested it in a while. First off though; make sure it is unzipped (if you are not familiar with unzipping files, let us know!) in the right section. Mine is in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Day of Defeat Source\dod\download\maps; make sure yours is as well, if need be by coping it from wherever it is and pasting it there. Having it in two spots won't cause too much of a difference in loading time. Open DOD again, and try to create a server running the wismar_realism map. Report back the absolute success bound to occur! If no success, try re-downloading the map pack and/or unzipping it all over again. It could have been corrupted during that process, and doing it over again may fix it. You may ALSO try downloading it from an external site (here) and doing the same thing; unzipping (if needed) into appropriate file.

Gameme Stats in case you're wary of .zip files : ) We usually upload demos without compression, for future reference. Although zip files are fine too, they tend to be more vulnerable for intrusions then a demo by itself. Seems to be a vicious TKer indeed tho. edit: I have not done anything in regards to this ban.
