Just wanted to let you guys know, this individual, Pvt. Msaw [517th PIR] is not a member of our unit. He entered our server yesterday as Pvt. Msaw [pip] and quickly changed his name to match our unit tag. We instructed him to change his tag, and when he failed to comply, we changed his name and let him carry on playing. Today, while playing on your server, he showed up wearing our tag again. Just wanted to inform you so there aren't any misconceptions if he causes problems. If any of our unit members ever do cause problems, feel free to contact us, we'd like to know. This person isn't one of ours and I have now P. Banned him from our server for impersonating a unit member. SALUTE

The 517th PIR is a rebirth of the 506th PIR, that existed from before DOD:S, using DOD 1.3 as it's foundation. When the unit was shutdown by the leader of the 506th PIR, we all went our seperate ways. We have recently reassembled our group as the 517th PIR with most members having served in the old unit. We are trying our best to rebuild the unit to the standards we all served under before. We are a realism unit, and will be hosting a open mixed realism in the near future. I will post when it is to be held, your troops would be most welcome to join in the fun. We have one server right now and to be honest, it's not that active yet, but we will continue to give it a try and see if we could get similiar activity as your server seems to host. Just want to thank your unit members for having patience with my ravings on 3 Sep 12 while I was being stirred up by [K9] Rouge smoking my positions on Kalt. I have to assume that some players don't understand that an MG is a more stationary weapon and moves up when an area has been cleared of enemy and provides covering fire for the next push. You have a great server and I truly don't want to be an issue when I play here. I'll keep the bitching down in the future, and will not lower myself to intentionally Tk'ing a team mate as happened to me. Thanks again. SALUTE
