Did another remote session with Deconinck. Turned net guard off for his steam traffic on McAfee and set it to use only the specific ports needed. Also turned off some base Win 10 settings, background apps, app access etc. He will play again when he gets a chance and update me.

Updated Deconinck's video drivers. He verified no crashes since.

Small, Hardware side : Can you tell us what motherboard you are using and also which PCI-e slot you are using on there for the graphics card? Can you also tell us what model of power supply you have and how many watts? Windows side : After you did the clean boot, did you install any 3rd party graphics apps (ie : Afterburner or Asus) or did you just install drivers and try to run a game? Are you running the drivers that came with the card or downloaded through windows/website?

Spoke to Larson and he mentioned this is happening on his laptop. I researched it for him and this issue is due to having the same Steam account synced over multiple devices. After updates or the like, what is done on one device may not be carried over to others of which you are using the same account. I have also seen this issue after Steam updates on my main PC that I use. Nothing to be done about this except re-adding the favorites as this is a Steam issue they haven't really addressed.
