That is how it works though. The issue is a team front loading the contract so that the payout is massive to start and then the last few years are "retirement seasons". What you have a problem with is the caphit being at 10mil/yr but the payout looking like this: 20, 20, 20, 10, 10, 5, 5, 5, 2.5, 2.5

It's all fun and games until the poutine comes out.

Obviously you would know better than I, but are you sure all of it's paid? Most jobs max out at 5-6 weeks paid vacation, and that is typically for employees who have been with the company for a long time.
