I used stats to prove that that player Bud was cheating and I went out of my way to collect stats and evidence against this player Catamite for the MP office to review. So unless you're overriding Kirkendall's decision on banning Bud, you are contradicting precedents. Lets look at some of the facts : 1. Brand new steam account 2. Coming into eGO's avalanche server, getting 24 kills, 22 of which are headshots ( http://edgegamers.gameme.com/player_histor...essions/3488814 & http://edgegamers.gameme.com/player_histor...events/3488814) My main point in this new request is that yes, Griswold, you have banned before strictly from a numbers perspective, and while I agree it's not the only way or the best way to approach cheating accusations for most players, when demos aren't working and it is this obvious, it should be a no brainer.

I had no teammates within the immediate vicinity around me, but from seeing Catamite in front of me before he shot me and from where the death icons were on my minimap, he had line of sight on all 3, but none of us were lined up for a spray to land even 2, barely 3 headshots in a row like that with an mp40 on argentan.

If admins spec him without tipping him off, then they can see him scanning thru walls and anticipating when enemies approach him, melee'ing people hiding in corners without having indications that they are there (esp. on palermo) and only nading when enemies are around. Having that kind of game sense should accompany having good movement and good crosshair placement, and so far i've only seen bad knowledge of manipulating the model and even sketchier crosshair placement. Nothing in the stats suggest he is using aim assist, but some days when he is using the kar he can go upwards of 90% with more than 10 kills, against my league friends and I. I have had a TCN admin spec him and confirm that he is walling, but beyond our word, we have no actual proof.

For comparison, here are the top 20 players in your server's hlstats No one even comes close to the headshot percentage that he has, even I only have a headshot percentage of 23. If my demo is glitched and if the stats don't speak for themselves, as long as admins can stay slick and not tip him off as to speccing him, you can catch him any time he joins up.
