Thank you for the post. I told my staff and admins that moving forward, if these players continue to speak in another language they will get a permanent mute in the server. What they have done does not warrant a ban in the server unless they broke any other rules. Let me know if you have any questions.

So I reviewed the demo, it looks like he is not cheating but has crazy lerp since he is in Germany with a high ping. The only thing I saw possibly fishy is the kill through the smoke at the field windows to axis entry. Lets get another demo that is a little bit longer for review in anyone sees the player in the server.
