My first step would be to look at the Disk Cleanup settings. In Win 10 or 11, it should open if you open settings and search for the term "disk cleanup". In Win 11, it shows me how much of my space is Installed Apps, Temporary Files, Recycling Bin. That should give you some idea of what's hogging up all the SSD. If it's installed apps, you might have to pair down your roster a bit (if possible even). Otherwise, you might be able to clean up some space from stuff that's been dangling for no reason in Temp or Recycling. Just be careful not to wipe your downloads or personal files if you want to keep them.
