Wow... That's ridiculous. I'm a Manager at a McDonalds, and about to be running one soon. I've been working there for almost 10 years, and I've never seen anything like that. We've had to get some of our bigger guys out in lobby to give looks to some people wanting to start some stuff before, but never people jumping counters. And I can tell you that the guy brutally beating those ladies down hopefully got fired, unless they had weapons or something. That's just crazy, though.

Ive been an inventory manager for a boating products company for over 7 years and if a customer ever came at me in a threatening manor, I would not hesitate to use whatever force necessary to subdue them. I carry a knife at work but I would never stab someone unless they were looking to do equal or greater harm to me. That being said, I would beat someone with whatever blunt tool was near to me if they were looking to punch or strike me in any way. But it has never and hopefully will never come to that.

That is crazy, but i saw a fight at my school like that JUST YESTERDAY two guys started beating the shit out of each other and one made a makeshift knife out of a beaker and started swinging.

They both got arrested and one of the kids' mothers is a parole officer. Lmao

i say as magoo if somone would looking to punch me i strike first! unless its a girl!

Well in the defense of the employ one person he beats is a unruly teenage kid the other is the stupid kids mother i think they both got what they deserved.

By hopping the counter you enter the company's property and therefore are trespassing unless you are an employee who is associated with the company.

By Hopping the counter you present yourself and anyone you hoops the counter as a threat. At that moment i believe what this guy did was just, he felt threatened and held his ground against a threat not only to his physical well being but to the physical well being of other as well.

Oh and after watching it a second time the kid and the mother start this altercation with one of the managers. The managers refuses to give them something and the duo chases them behind the counter. You always just walk away from shit like this unless you want your ass beat, if you come back from more in my book your just asking for it they got what was coming to them. The employee told them to stay down and they didn't comply and proceeded to get back up so yeah i think what they got was totally fair
