The approval of two additional wildcard teams for the post-season by baseball owners is long overdue. Commissioner Bud Selig says the specifics are still being worked out, and the 10-team playoffs will be part of the new collective bargaining agreement being finalized with the players. FINALLY! Thank the heavens that Baseball decided to expand its playoff bracket.

I just wish we could use Pitch F/X for balls and strikes.

And as a Mariner's fan, I'm thrilled that Houston will be an opponent now. We may even win a series or two.

You and me both buddy. But I also get to cheer for the Jays, which may have a chance of making it to the postseason now!

Are they realigning the Leagues too?
