So todays lesson is MMO's....or the stereotypical name, a game that takes over your life (IF YOU LET IT)

Now of course when people think of MMO's they think omg so much time! it takes your life! people who play it have no lives people who play it play it all the time!...k time out

Just cause someone plays an MMO doesnt make them like the rest of the douchebags who choose too yes waste thier lives playing TOO MUCH. If its a fun game play and you have some time play! Its a GAME....you make the ultimate choice on whether you imbelish all your time into it or not. Play for a little then LOG OFF it aint that hard. Play it then play something else or go watch tv or eat some fucking cereal or something.

Im tired of hearing about people who play certain games falling into a fucking stupid ass stereotype. A GAME...IS A FUCKING GAME no matter WHAT KIND...or What the fucking title is. THEY ARE ALL GAMES. If they are fun then who fucking cares just dotn play it TOO MUCH. (except people who play wow....sorry i make fun of wow all the time cause it deserves it and so does most of its moronic player base thats made up of little immature 13 year olds...and yes im guilty cause i played wow too so...bleh)

It's a killer, it's not that I can't limit myself, it's the fact that I need to keep paying even if I don't play.

In my opinion, MMOs would be much more popular if they were pay-per-hour, but even then, I'd feel bad for spending so much when I do pay...

Well to burst your guys's bubble in which case i will, Ncsoft creator of Aion is making it to where you pay for the time you play. For example lets say you pay for 30 hours of gameplay. That time will only deplete when your online playing hte game. SO its not like if you take a break the time is going away, it will always be there until you log in and start playing. SO you can stop for a week...and come back and vuala you still have time left. None of that pay a month and you end up paying for dayas you dont play the game. Im hoping they do something like this with SWTOR.

hate to burst your bubble Mamora, but NA and EU is pay per month. Only the Chinese get the pay-per hour. But this still looks like an awesome game and worth trying out.

Yeah, I know that's how China does all their MMOs, I know there is a Chinese MMO that does that, but I didn't feel like learning Mandarin to play it.

Heres my Take...

MMo the kind i like. And yes MMO if you Pay will take over your life cause you feel bound and Obilgated to Play your moneys worth Trust me i have done them all. Linage 2 $1000 (400 pounds UK cash worth), Eve Online similar story. the only time that it will slow down is when either A. ppl stop pl;aying that can afford to keep there account open. B. you can afford to keep you account open and you get to THAT point were its just not to much fun gruling allday for 1 lvl or that 1 million you need. I mean example is 15 free trial Eve Online. YOU mad thats 15 days pretty much non stop to get to a place you like and feel like someone in the world and for what, Ill Tell you DECISION time. Pay to Play or DIE.

So i offer you this

Matial Arts Error, Wu Tang Shan, Leauge of Beggars, Brotherhood of Thieves (just a few factions of this Awsome FREE based for life MMO "9Dragons".

we have 2 highly skilled players already playing. Yes and now we can help with what ever you need, Quests, Money, Were to go what to do, Yes i wont lie its a Grule up tiill a certain level but i have just done 1 character to that point in 3 days and NO not for 18 hrs but a few hrs per night or day.

I would say i would like to see ppl play MORE dods but alas there comes a time that you have to TAKE A BREAK from the repetative run Kill and die scene.

anyways check it out on youtube, it is fun as i say and for those who started and stopped i think that just says one thing about yourself, YOU DIDNT want to PLay MMO in the first place. Or mabye its not your style, IE medievil era.

I do HOW ever Feel When we do Battalion Based events, Practice, Scrims and Realisms. Now you should remember the VENT and the Player base you use to play HApply for hrs on these MMOs SHOULD not BE PRIORITY over DODS. or why didnt you start that before you became a member.

Anyways this wasnt angled at ANYONE, and please dont read this thinking that. Its 8am im half awake and just wanted to contribute to the forum.
