Unfortunately, I bet this is to drive more teams to make more money so MLB can make more money. While the Wild Card is kinda nice, 2 of them seems to make playoffs less special. That being said, if the M's ever get back into it, and win the 2nd spot, I'll be a huge fan of this new system.

You better hope they clone a 20yr old Griffey Jr. and make at least 3 of em one for each outfield spot

LMAO, exactly, just Horrid what they got for outfield last year. Sorry Dillon. Still got my eye on the Toronto Blue Jays or the Boston Red Sox

All professional sports are about money these days since it is a business.

yes unfortunately. That's why I love watching college sports, you know that they at least have something to play for and are representing their school. Rival games too :)

      I dont know how many of the people that know me or what i did in the unit are still here. But i just wanted to leave a huge thank you on the forums to this unit, that i was a part of for so many years, and all the good times and hardships i shared with a lot of different people from all over the world.    Maybe i'll still see you in DoD:s   *Salute*
