Hey all,

So the other day I was browsing r/gaming and came across this gem of a game. It's a strange cross between a flight simulator and a physics game. Essentially, the whole goal is to construct a flight-worthy spacecraft, make it to outer space and/or the moon, and return home safely. As basic as that sounds, it is incredibly difficult. After 20 hours (not continuous) I came to appreciate the difficulty of this endeavor as well as how kickass space programs in the 60's had to be in able to do this safely.

The game is currently in alpha stage, with some decent looking updates and planned game content down the road. For being such a small production, it also has a pretty cool modding community that pumps out some cool shit. While rough and essentially a sandbox, it's a great time-killer and surprisingly addictive. The game is up for free download, with the option to pre-order that comes with the benefit of getting updates released every month and some extra in-game features (ability to run multiple flights simultaneously, tracking centers, etc).

Anyways, if you're in-between serious games and want a distraction, download it and give it a shot.

TL;DR - found a cool game, download that shit
