BF3 Bundles Shortcuts Fails and Lies

SO I had to post this as I have never seen this shit before ever in dealing with EA and Dice issues.

I bought the Ultimate SHortcut Pack - to unlock everything for BF3 because i barely have time at home to play any games let alone try and unlock shit.

The bundle does not unlock shit due to EA not fully making it work.

So $39 bucks gone whatever- SO I contact their support team- HAHAHA Bangladesh anyone- seriously could not type out a clear line of English. Unfortunately I would have posted the text if they allowed that- but somehow i could not get a screen shot or even copy and paste the text-

"You must wait some long time" Abdhikesh responds to me.

"What I have to wait for it to be fixed or that i have to now unlock the things I intended on buying in the first place"

Abdikesh- response from support " This is very upsetting you" "Yes" "You WAit"

Me "I wait for which?" "The fix, or must I go an unlock the weapons myself"

At this point he disconnected from me- HAH!

Morale of the story- Abdikesh is a dickhead- who for some reason thought it is ok that they cheat people out of money and not explain the issue that is being worked on.

I did get someone on the phone doing EA support their and they said- if it is not fixed soon they will be forced to issue refunds- however due to the accounts being on XBOX360 it is impossible for them to do so and I will have to wait till EA and DICE fix the problem with the updates.

Basically guys Don't waste your money yet- until they fix it- I shuold have seen what other people already had issues with- I am Dumb. oh well.

Have you spoken with xbox already? because if you havent you should so that thwey can begin to work with EA about not stealing from the users.... it's frowned upon dontcha know. When you call in the Rep will inform you that as it is a game add-on it is non-refundable, let them know that you understand and that you would just like to report it as an emerging issue, If you hear dogs/screaming children in the back you got a work from home and should call in again on principle.

Y'know, with typical players these days..... It's hard to tell.

And Stone, I know how it feels when dealing with some of these frontline custserv people. The good ones tend not to stay long- they get promoted quick to some other (higher) position while the dicks are stuck serving angry customers. Pretty much lose-lose. I've had one of them copypaste a statement on their website I was referring to as part of my question, and send it to me as their answer to my query.

I am one of those front line service reps. And I make it a point not to be a dick head and unless I have to give our absolutely required scripting (i.e. threatened legal action, bomb threats blah blah blah.) so please don't lump us all in as bad agents, at my work we make it a point to keep the people who are good on the phones to an extent and then for part of their shift they are doing support for the rest of our agents.

hi, saw this thread a few days ago just before i resolved the problem with microsoft, couldn't post at the time as no one authed my profile here

anyway, microsoft WILL refund the points if you talk to them and explain on their live chat

i did this the other day and points were refunded to my account within 5 minutes, just explain that it doesn't work and paste a couple of links to forums where other people are talking about it not working

if you bought on the xbox go direct to microsoft refund

if you bought on the ps3 go direct to sony for a refund
