Deaf guy has Mad Swagg

So first of all Top Ramen is when you call into a phone support center and ask for a supervisor straight away (i.e. Soup out of the box, Instant Soup, or like stated top ramen) So I get this call from an internet relay service, I'm already at a state of WTF right, then guy insists on talking to my supervisor and refuses to do anything with me except verify the acct. Did I mention that I am talking to some guy in BFN who is reading the deaf guys IM's back to me and then IM'ing my response.......

I so cannot touch his swagg.
