alright no worries man. I am in Cherno still even though I left this morning to do a bit of quick raiding; found some camo clothes and more food and crossbow ammo so if anyone was bringing some go ahead and drop it. We really need to get a tent and vehicles so we can start to set up camps. There is an ATV out by the factory but it was tipped on its side when i found it and i can't figure out how to flip it back over (very not happy bout that) so I put an arrow in one of the wheels to keep it from going anywhere. Also be aware there is someone rolling around cherno with an MP5 (server US 2007) and it may well be silenced as I found a few silenced clips in the ATV and a bunch of standard clips dropped together near a building but outside of standard loot spawn points. I will meet you guys back up by were we stopped last night unless you have moved again and then just tell me your general location and i'll move towards you again. there was a map in one of the shops i found aswell; can't remember the exact position of it but we will prolly be ableto find it again.

Still in the same place as last night. Did some scaving and founx an alice pack and a map. Raided the fire station and attacked. Dumbass fell of the roof tho so I managed to loot his dmr and 4911. Need a blood pack tho as he hit me once. Lucky he fell or I would have died.

well morton i'll find you; just tell me your grid coordinates and stay there till i tell you i'm in server tonight. Also berg the basics are be very quite when you can see/hear zombies. Also there are several good pointers throught this thread about what buildings should be raided; how to tell what buildings can be raided and what gear is generally good to have. first thing your going to want to find is a hatchet or Markorv PM as the Markorov ammo is the most common form of ammo in the game.

So yeah, I went into another server and was about to loot the NW airfield with my fancy new AKS-Kobra (Damn that gun is fun), when I hear the rumble of a motor. Suddenly, out of the forest bursts a bloody tractor, I quickly pop 5 rounds in the wind-shield and the guy tries to run me over, misses, and makes for the exit. Wanting to get out of there, I make for the hangars and the command post, looting as I go and dispatching zombies. When comes the time to get out of the airfield, I figure i'll check out what happened to this dude.

I hear the engine again, which is somewhat unusual, and follow it. I find the tractor crashed and abandoned, but still able to function, against the perimeter wall. I look around, and see the body of the guy. Apparently, I shot him through the glass, and he died as he was trying to patch himself up outside his vehicle.

TL;DR: I now have fucking Night Vision and hand grenades! Oh, and a tractor, but I don't think i'll find the server I left it in again.

fuck the traktor get to cherno! we need another NVG user for spotting so that those without can loot the houses while we pull sentry duty. also with our newfound night time protocol for entering buildings enter NVG user will be nice

Virtually no one at my work knows what day z is so i has no one to actually talk to about the game grrrr.

Therefore I believe that we should start plotting our next move. We have plenty of medical supplies (for now of course); a few of us have decent millitary gear; basically we just need to find a good spot to make a camp and then on top of that we need to then outfit the camp fully; we put the thing far enough out we should be able to keep it fully stocked for our fresh spawn friends to be guided too so long as we can find them first. I was thinking of finding a spot well off the beaten track that is not inline between two towns (as thats the actually traveled beaten path if you don't have a vehicle but do have a map. in the long run I want to tank trap and barwire it up with sandbags the whole shabang and then have a couple of sites with full fortifications that we move through. say maybe two days at each site so that way even if people find a few of fortified camps they still can't track us too well. set up maybe ten different camps relatively equa distant from eachother? once we have a few vehicles stockpiled we can move out reliably for gas and fortification parts. it will also increasing our range for raiding supplies and increase the amount of supplies we are able to get from a raid.

btw we need to find der russian waters.

So I discovered you can drive the bus with a red engine. We still need parts but now we're no longer stuck in Cherno. When you come on please for the love of all things holy try to find (in priority) 1. Engine Parts. 2. Fuel Parts. 3. Wheels 4. Whatever fixes the hall.
