As a Filipino, my $.02 is going to be pretty biased. Simply put, I'm pissed. Like REALLY FUCKING PISSED. I saw that fight, and I could've sworn Pac had won at least 8 of those rounds, with the other four being a coin toss. Pac's last fight (his third with Juan Manuel Marquez) was way closer than this one. I was afraid Pac was gonna lose that one, but definitely not this one. Hell, even Bradley's manager had the fight scored in favor of Pac. Apparently there's going to be a November 10 rematch, and Pac will be out for revenge.

the only reason I can think of was that he didn't dish out enough damage.

‎"Final Punchstat numbers show Pacquiao landed 253 total punches to Bradley's 159. In power punches, Pacquiao outlands Bradley 190-108."

If that is not enough damage, I don't know what is.

Is there any procedure (or precedent) in investigating situations like this? I've never seen something in the sport's world so unanimously disagreed with.

Every sport except for boxing. Boxing doesn't have one governing body, so there isn't a council to sit down and discuss something like this like they can do in the NBA, NHL, NFL, etc.

Maybe the NSAC can investigate their judges, but that is unlikely because the NSAC has been known to protect their own and make them look bad.

They can investigate it but I'm not sure they can overturn the decision.

They can't, like I said boxing doesn't have a governing body to overturn things like other fighting sports such as the UFC, or K1.

The most the NSAC can do is suspend the judges or maybe fire them, which they won't.
