Resolved - Can not run steam.

Type of issue: Steam,

Brief Description of Issue: Every time i try and start steam it gets to the connecting to"username" and stops responding no matter how long i let it sit there. I have tried restarting my pc 2 times and tried running a defrag but still cannot get into steam.

IGNORE THIS. STEAM DECIDED TO START WORKING RANDOMLY.
