I am unable to watch the demo atm because im on my phone but it sounds like an issue we all have time to time. It could also br when its a new map your game is still rendering. Could also be ping issue or explosions. When I get on my pc ill do a full analysis and reply again

One thing I noticed, is that you should raise your lerp value. Wouldn't have a massive effect on your game, but it may be helpful.

What else did you have running in the background? Windows Live messenger? Skype? etc. Keep in mind that programs like these often run in the task bar (bottom right be default), even after you "close" them.

Did you have any browsers (including steam browser) open?

As always, check the condition of your computer. Shut it down. Clean it. Restart it. Try it again.

Make sure that enough cooler air is making it into the case. Don't have your computer sitting in sunlight, or have it right against a wall/desk.

it is inside of a desk, and i never have anything running in the background rather than ventrilo every now and then. i usually shut down my computer when i leave my house every day and alright the lerp is set at that because it was in the autoexec that i have from the medical supply office. but thanks i will try re-positioning my computer into a different part of my desk where its more open.

Try dropping off some of your graphics settings in-game. I have seen similar FPS drops due to things like exploding grenades or rockets somewhere on the map, usually multiple at once.

The config you have should have taken care of such issues already, though it is worth a try.

As well, ensure that your fans are running properly, and are not being obstructed (dust). A system can start to have a kind of a "chugging" feel to it when it is overheating.
