After a little research, for the original error of "Out of memory, loading solid" try looking here.

Additionally, there have been some help topics like this, that have apparently been very helpful.

Follow the instructions in the first link, and you should have no problems.

Essentially, this is being caused by a bad value in a solid.

The steps described in the first link simply state to open the map file with Notepad, go to the specified line causing the error, deleting the invalid values in the solid. This should bring your map back up to a loadable form. Many pages attribute this error to incorrect values like #QNAN.

You posted the problematic line already. It was in the error.

File c:\program files\steam\steamapps\(map name), line 183405: error 7

If you download a program like notepad++ you can jump straight to the line in question.

It will take up to a week for steam support to get back to you, and their support staff are less then helpful, so don't hold your breath. Take the steps to do it yourself first. ;)
