Im sorry but i just cant take any of that article seriously (see what I did there). But for real just no. also I like how he added 3,600 plus bomb making materials to be "at least 20,000". Not to even mention all the "governments" if you can even really call them that, he claims killed "millions" are known evil dictators with military background intending on wiping out other nations/ethnicities. The guy who wrote this article doesn't even seem to ever have a solid basis for his arguments, its always just just his Hollywood famous "logic" and a bunch of assumptions. The only fact he stated was the shooter had a bachelors degree in neuroseince.

I also have a hard time fallowing any one whose uses phrases as "c'mon, Im guessing, and crazy person" as a basis for argument.

And enjoying read i guess but nope! Nope, nope, nope. It makes me sad that while people, children in fact were brutally murdered for apparently no reason at all, and there are people out there that first reactions are "holey shit guys, it doesn't add up, it must be a government conspiracy!"

So basically if you couldn't figure out as with Bryant, I completely disagree and think the writer needs to stop watching the x-files. As if my opinion wasn't obvious enough.

The 20k sum was explained right after what you paraphrased: "With all the specialty body gear, ammunition, booby-trap devices and more, I'm guessing this is at least $20,000 in weapons and tactical gear, much of which is very difficult for civilians to get in the first place."

The guy who wrote this article doesn't even seem to ever have a solid basis for his arguments

Apart from huge logical leap to equate a democracy with cult-of-personality/dictatorships, he *is* trying to make an argument on whatever "connect-the-dots" he sees. One problem with conspiracy theories is that it requires the masses to deconstruct themselves from all the bullshit they've been fed by the media and revisionist historians. The other problem is that for every quite feasible theory there are 10 less feasible one that bury it. To be honest, conspiracy theories can never outright prove their validity in empirically-backed logic. However, I see theories as ways to make you question whether you see/hear is truth and not what someone wants you to believe as truth.

I also have a hard time fallowing any one whose uses phrases as "c'mon, Im guessing, and crazy person" as a basis for argument.

Well, when taken out of context like you just did, yes, using those kinds of words aren't ever a basis for an argument. However, 1) he wasn't using those for argumentation and 2) you kind of took them out of context.

Not really sure why you think it's sad that some people see a connection between this dot and other seemingly unconnected dots? I didn't see anything that defended the shooter's actions. What are you *actually* sad about?

In a country that has a vocal, and influential, group advocating that it's a "god-given" right for every citizen to bear arms, it just seems that this kind of tragedy happens too often. What saddens me is when people don't see the terrible connection between the two. And it's not really conspiracy theories that preventing people from doing so.

This is shameful how popular the American media has made this kid.

He wanted fame and now he's got it. He won. Regardless of anything else that happens, he won. The more people talk about it and discuss him, the more he gets exactly what he wanted.

I don't know why we continue to glorify these people - it just gives troubled kids someone to identify with and idolize which just leads to more events like this in the future.

Shame on the media, shame on Americans for being such media hungry whores. It's wrong what this kid did obviously, but it's far more wrong to continue to glorify and make him exactly what he wanted - to be the center of attention.

He definitely was a fuckin amateur if he thinks he's compared to the joker. the joker would have fucked alot more shit up. one thing i did agree with that article on is that alot of stuff didnt add up (calmly surrendering to police, revealing the explosives in his house)

I could see him having an alterior motive, like wanted to get famous or fuck with the movie industry. Or maybe he was just batshit crazy. but this conspiracy theory? him being sent on a mission? nah. unless hes a crimnial mastermind who wanted to get caught to cause more havoc, that kind of mission i could buy.

Its really interesting that such an outwardly apppearing normal person did something like this. when you look into his background hes actually a smart, well off person who apparently just went off the deep end.

This is all very weird and disturbing. I don't like to think that the FBI of all people would allow such mass murder. I'm going to see the new Batman on Monday, but now everyone is saying they're scared about going to theater for this same kind of reason.

I'm forgoing reading any of these links because I really don't want to learn anything about this freak, weather it be truth or not. There are, however people whose whole worlds can be unraveled by tragedies such as this. For some of them, they need to understand what might have caused this guy to commit such an act in order to move past it. That's why the media gets all the info they can, because people are demanding it.
