Reasons for the Ban: Started with voice spamming and generally annoying behaviour. Was asked to not voice spam at which point he and [FR] Pierre went on a TK spree.

Demo Provided?: Y/N

Comments: Right off the bat, felt as if they were going to be douchy players and culminated in corroborating behaviour. I had previously banned him under alt name (GrueneMedizin) for 1 week for intentional TK (08/15/2012).
