So a few thousand people write to NHL front office saying "get this shit done", they'll go, whatevs.

People who have season tickets are the ones who should be doing something. Companies with lodges should be doing something.

But just like everything else, it's the average Joe who actually loves the game who get screwed.

It's just like gas prices. People complain and bemoan the sad state of affairs ... while they pump their gas at $1.45 a litre. So nothing changes in the end.

If people actually bothered to get angry, stopping to consume the poison would be a good start.

At like 7:20 in that vid when it starts playing all the great moments in hockey's history, I got emotional. I fucking love hockey, blue and white run through my veins. If there is no hockey this year I'm going to kill the Bettman.

With each passing year that I watch Hockey, I gain more respect and love for the game. It just doesn't leave so easily.

What Bitchman - ahem - Bettman is doing to the fans is just a complete betrayal for the people who line his pockets and help him sleep better with his cheap dates. What he needs to understand, and SOON, is that hockey is not just a sport, its a lifestyle. I've sat on my ass watching the Bruins and Maple Leafs for many years now, and I'm not ready to have to find a new hobby ... Golf isn't fun anymore...

So who wants to lock all the owners and the players in a room at some random hotel and bolt the door shut until they figure this out. As an added incentive we will also cash out the $3.3 Billion dollars they made and start burning it outside the windows for them to watch.

This year would be so much better if hockey was on. They need to bring it back so i can go watch the jets play in Anaheim in feburary...-sigh- if a deal isnt reached by tomorrow then bettmans going to pull the plug on the whole season from what im hearing. This isnt looking good.

Btw if the season does come back does that mean all the players who jumped ship to KHL will come back? was curious about that.

So the NHL has managed to find a way to destroy my NHL 13 hockey league. I dled a new update today that erased 5 of my star players because they now play in europe.
