I looked through the ban files on SOurceBans T.Boone has been banned before for the same action before, I think its time for a Perm.

I muted him couple of times for spamming also. He done it on purpose to piss me off. Better to have one small group of good respectfull pubber then to have a full server but with ppl like this. my two cents though.
