Fitting a gif for personal photo

I cant seem to figure out how to get this the right file size to fit for my personal photo. Can anyone help??

I didn't want to start a new topic because I was going to request the same thing, haha.

I have no clue how to resize things for a gif, if one of you has the time and could resize this to fit an avatar I will love you.
