So they've finally come to the conclussion that something must be defective. I'm supposed to switch around drives and cables and figure out which. Then report back. But do I want to try and install the new part myself or have them do it? If it is a hard drive i think that I could prob do it but a mother board no. Anyone able to explain a easy way to install hard drives.

you 100% sure its the MB cause no boot general states a virus of some sort. but that from my experiences. hope you get it fixed via the warrnty etc, btw if it was me i would mark the MB somewere with a marker and see that they dont just add a new HD and send it back, the company that is.

In shipping they say the graphics cards came out. Probably since they never gave me screws for them. New troubles await when i call. They WILL replace the mb if i have to sue them. As for the graphics cards if they give me shit about it ill do it myself.
