Where do you rank? Happy with your service? Are there even any alternatives in your area? Is Google Fiber available around you? Is there a similar ranking for Canada/Europe/Etc?

I'm super interested in this since I've used Time Warner for 8+ years and am finally getting sick of them (customer service is shit, constant disconnects that range from a minute to an hour). HOWEVER, there are no real alternatives in my area....least not yet.

How does Comcast get a +1 did they start actually providing customer service?

Fios is nice for sure... :D

It seems like they just ranked it on average speeds "provided". So for example, Mediacom is supposed to provide 25 mbps to my house, only to be down half the time and provide horrible customer service.

Actually, now that I think about it, they haven't gone down in a while and I've had smooth sailing recently. Good on you Mediacom.
