Reason: was TW in spawn watched him do it when he was asked to stop denied doing it, but did stop. Next map loads and his spawn is being camped and over voice chat calls the other team Nazi Ni**ers

Recommended duration: Perm for racism

Demo Y/N: no was said over voice, but Sgt.Cutts was in server at the time.
