This is a reporter for "Playboy" being put through it, completely of his own free will. That being said, I found myself laughing when he was talking about some of this stuff.

I like how the guy was all cocky, "I think I'll be able to stand 15 seconds" then right when the guy started, he dropped the metal. Looks pretty intense.

my cousin told me about how he had to do waterboarding in seal training. almost everyone was cocky until it made a bunch of people ring the bell.

I laughed a bit harder at that then i should have.

But anyone who signs up for waterboarding because it looks like it's not much really has some problems, if it makes people with political secrets, talk then what possesses someone to think that some average Joe can just sit through it and want some more?

To me this is absolutely torture. Think about it, assualt can be committed even if you don't necessarily attack the person but if you cause them to be in a anxious and worried state. By that definition, this would be assualt and therefore would be torture.

Actually no. According to the justice department torture is a physical harm done that could result in death or mortal injury to a person or their organs. So no assault is not the definition of torture. This is defined by the Department of Justice shortly after 9/11

I know I know bringing up an old topic, but these same guys we are doing waterboarding to have done much much worse i,e raping, murdering, and so on an so forth. If they would of caught one of our US soldiers they would torture him to no ends.
