Comments: Feel free to make it less if you are so inclined, but from what they were telling me, he was just periodically killing people, then playing, then mowing everyone down in spawn, then just pop-shotting people who complained. I was told he didn't say much (i.e. no racism), just tked over and over. I do recommend a perm ban though, since he was repeatedly told not to TK, but an open for any sort of ban. Maybe a perm, and if he bothers coming into the forums and apologizing, maybe then be lenient
