they rigged that blackout- They were losing tons of money in bad ratings after the runback in the second half.

Power goes out, news pops on every other channel about a blackout at the superbowl....

Boom ratings go back up....

Also the announcers seem to know every play before they happened--- Being a former football coach it all seemed very fishy to me.

Well it certainly makes sense. I mean the whole things is basically funded by the sponseres. People stop watching the game - it means they stop watching the commercials, so that is $4 million plus down the drain. And as Stone pointed out a power outage does spark excitement. Point is, while we don't really have any proof behind this conclusion it could be entirley possible.

Oh yea, it's so exciting to listen to the announcers talk about nothing for 34 minutes while the players mill about the field. If anything that lost them viewership. In fact, the viewership was highest during the last half-hour than any other point during the game.

They are either to stubborn to believe it or maybe they are just in a state of shock and cannot believe what they saw.

      I dont know how many of the people that know me or what i did in the unit are still here. But i just wanted to leave a huge thank you on the forums to this unit, that i was a part of for so many years, and all the good times and hardships i shared with a lot of different people from all over the world.    Maybe i'll still see you in DoD:s   *Salute*
