Ban Reason: I hit him with a 1 day ban, leaving it up the the command staff whether to increase it or not due to his history with bans here.

You can view his chat log in game for the reason I banned him. GySgt.Arsenault was online at the time as well and noticed it.

Ban Recommendation: I'd like to see it increased, bz has been on our forums and server long enough that there is no excuse for him not knowing our rules, and disrespecting a member (deadchick).

I read through the Chat Log and I don't see much besides complaining, and whining about being TKed, and not getting a sniper- I read all 13 pages. Saying the word Gay only once that I saw- then referring to another players terrible name "Fat Chick NO ......"

I can see that he is annoying, I would say wait til he does something again.

Vinny Subject Should be over, it has been answered numerous times by Parker.

After re reviewing this case three times, and then looking through the logs. This will be made a permanent Ban. He has not changed in over the 2 years of playing on this server, has been banned multiple times for the same offenses.
