This video hit me dead in the heart. I would have posted this in the Moral Office but not everyone can see whats in there and I think everyone needs to see this. For most of my life after Kinder Garden I was bullied for my height, my speech, and my spelling/reading ability. I was called names and even physically bullied. To this day I have self esteem issues and many others due to those days. But anyway. I just want people to see this to understand that words do hurt. And they leave scars that last a lot longer than people think.

I'm right there with you, I decided a long time ago to treat people the way I would want to be treated, and in turn leading by this example I can teach people empathy, and once you learn what that really is, being a polite human being is much easier to all others regardless of gender, race or anything that makes us different.

Yeah exactly. I just hope that more people take a look at this video.

Like I've said before, I never will negatively stereotype anyone for any reason, and if I ever do, speak up and I would be happy to change whatever word(s) you don't like. Then when I gain understanding on your position, I can learn for myself where you are coming from to become a better leader and person.

High school can be a brutal time, but I tell you from experience, get through that and everything will be easy.

Yeah I feel you. Im out of high school and it is still tough, and depending on what you went through it might always be tough. But remember that you can push yourself enough to get through it. You've made it this far. Why not make it farther.
