Blu, I know how frustrating blatant intentional TK'ers can be. But Perma Banning for Team Killing is saved for extreme cases, like sitting in spawn with a mounted MG mowing down their whole team. I would normally just keep it to a week max for most cases. Chances are if they're truly trolling, they wont bother coming back, or hopefully they will grow up and chose to be a productive member of the server in the future.

intentional tk would have been a week ban, i chose perm for the reason of him typing 'NIGER NIGER NIGER NIGER NIGER NIGER" hence the racial slurs comment in the REASON FOR BAN:

I stand by my choice in this case. most the time if the slur is used in general context without malice i will warn intensely not to continue , in this case it was not.

I don't use in server perm ban lightly and think my record shows that. Anyone in game with me generaly thinks im too soft in most cases. this could not be brushed off in my opinion.
