Reasons for the Ban: IP masker (1ping from Brazil), TKer

Recommended duration of ban: 2 weeks, started TK and was kicked for the TKs by another admin while I was asking him to fix his ping. Came back I asked him again to fix his ping, he started TKing Halvorsen at which time he was temp banned by another admin again. Would recommend minimum 2 weeks or more as it was fairly intentional.
