My first thing is generally to pull up a DR (Dice Roller) for OTT (Online Table Top) games I play in. Because of my odd hours I generally set my alarm for that, since our OTTs are usually around noonish-Fiveish. Following that I assess the weather for the day, and then turn on some music.

On an only marginally related note, Porn is the last thing I do in a day, but only after I get permission from Mottola to look at the hardcore stuff (My favorite is "Guess the phallic object!")
