Now whenever Parker isn't online I'm going to have to assume he's building or molesting a food stadium.

Did this all up on the BBQ.

Chicken Breast - debone, done in a light greek seasoning with a dash of garlic grilled to perfection on the BBQ

Garden fresh red potatoes sliced with garden fresh peppers and mushrooms seasoned with Club House Garlic Plus seasoning, and about 2 caps of olive oil to keep it from sticking, wrapped in tin foil and cooked for approximately 40mins at 400c on the BBQ. Open the tinfoil for the last 5mins to allow it to breathe and finish cooking to prevent sogginess.
