Reasons for the Ban: disrespect towards a recruit.

Comments: He told us we should kick a recruit out of our unit. I warned him not to disrespect any of our member or he could find a new server to play on. He continued to call the recruit a retard and told us we wouldn't want a retard in our unit. I would consider increasing this ban to more than a week if possible.
